1. Service Description
CertifyALot enables users to upload certificate designs and student lists to generate personalized certificates in bulk.
2. User Responsibilities
Users confirm they have permission to use all uploaded data and designs and will not use the service for unlawful purposes.
3. Accounts
Users are responsible for maintaining account security. Each account is intended for use by one individual or organization.
4. Credits & Usage
- One credit equals one successfully generated certificate
- Credits are deducted only after successful generation
- Credits do not expire
5. Free Trial
Free credits are provided for evaluation purposes. Abuse of the free trial may result in restriction.
6. Intellectual Property
Users retain ownership of uploaded content. CertifyALot owns the platform, software, and branding.
7. Availability
While we aim for reliability, uninterrupted service is not guaranteed due to maintenance or updates.
8. Limitation of Liability
CertifyALot is not responsible for incorrect data uploaded by users or misuse of the service.
9. Termination
Access may be suspended or terminated in cases of misuse or policy violations.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
